These are possibly the cutest and most fashionable of all velvet Mary Jane’s: the Cayumas Bohème in the iconic rose velvet. Cayumas is a Madrid-based company; the shoes are handmade in Italy. The lining is Liberty of London (so soft, and so pretty!) and the soles are hand-stitched. In my opinion, the Rosa/Bordeau combo is the most fashionable; I’d wear these with jeans or to a summer wedding! According to their size chart, 37 is a US 6, so I followed their advice and ordered these. They’re too big for me! For reference, I am a small 6, someone who’s a 5.5 every now and then, and never a 6.5; I also have a relatively narrow foot. So I’d say, if you are a 6 who’s always a 6 tends medium/wide, these will fit; I think they’d also fit if your foot is narrow/medium and sometimes you’re more like a 6.5. These have not been worn, though I tried them on and walked around the house a few times. Velvet shows little scuffs pretty easily, so you can see a little where they have brushed against other shoes in my closet, but I’ll brush them gently with a shoe brush before packing for you. You can see there is a little wisp of loose trim on the left shoe; these are handmade shoes and came that way. Really flawless, in my opinion.
